I'm resisting the temptation to comment on the faint whiff of inter stellar BO, fashion sense and worryingly generic demeanour. Make your own mind up as you can now catch sight of a galactic Town Planner on a tv set near you. Obviously becoming familiar already with the DC planners in Urbanvision responsible for Media City, the folks at the Beeb show an appealing sense of humour when describing him as coming from a grey planet whose residents take a strange delight in subjugation. Perhaps Pickles has been watching too much TV during the recess?
