Counting Sales

Retailers are turning to ever more devious ways of attracting customers to their stores. As economic gloom worsens and amid news that TESCO is to socially engineer the UK even further by selling nice food to nice people in nice southern areas and value food lines to the scum in the north. A tweeter has drawn our attention to Waitrose which has today adopted an even more agressive tactic of simply hurling abuse and profanity at its customers from within in an effort to enhance market share.

Is this a step too far in abuse of Class 12 of the deemed consent rules? Should we be re-examining all our retail impact assessments to ensure they robustly take account of this evidently new sector of the market?

In news hot off the press, the offending poster has been removed.
