Contrary to the reports which sought to correct reports at www.twitter.com/planningmag, i have it on remarkably good authority that those images are not from London or the Home Counties.
That authority was indeed Boris himself. That is surely an image of that anti-social group of hoodies "the theiving velocipedistes of St Germain". They are, as Bozza so eloquently put it "our light fingered Parisian friends"
