you HR what you HR

Hows this for an email statement from a planning manager:

"The planning team here has an average age in their late 20's, with some degree of immunity and/or negative attitude towards work/work place displayed by some individuals, which in turn can adversely impact upon other less dominate personalities"

Ive been asked if a job candidate i know might be the 'man for the job'. My dilemma is that i know the candidate can easily sort that bunch of young whipper snappers into order tout-suite. But should i tell the candidate that his potential colleagues are a bunch of work shy piss takers?

All advice gratefully received.
